Message	My IAT sensor is inches in front of my throttle body. I can tune/drive all day and it will read the same temp the whole time, as long as the incoming air is the same temp. I'd think tuning either system when the motors are heat soaked will give you different results than tuning when not. I don;t see how an intake temp sensor makes any difference there...maybe I'm misunderstanding what you're saying
